The bedroom has a king bed, window air conditioning, a ceiling fan, garden views and lanai access. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The renovated bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.
The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Coffee-making equipment, a kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker are available. An in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection are provided.
Shared community facilities include an oceanside swimming pool with lounge seating, a hot tub, barbecues and outdoor dining areas, tennis courts, a fitness center, ping pong and a recreation center.
