The house

The recently upgraded condo has travertine floors, an open-concept living and dining area, a Smart TV, ceiling fans and window air conditioning. The living room opens onto a private, east-facing lanai with outdoor dining and partial ocean views.

The bedroom has a king bed, window air conditioning, a ceiling fan, garden views and lanai access. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The renovated bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.

The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Coffee-making equipment, a kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker are available. An in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection are provided.

Shared community facilities include an oceanside swimming pool with lounge seating, a hot tub, barbecues and outdoor dining areas, tennis courts, a fitness center, ping pong and a recreation center. Rocky shoreline access is available for ocean watching. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Ali‘i Drive, shoreline paths and local cafés are within walking access. Kahalu‘u Beach Park offers snorkeling nearby. Free parking is available, and a car is not necessary.
