The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV with satellite and cable options, and sliding doors opening onto the lanai. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, dresser and closet storage. The bathroom has dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer.
The remodeled kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, toaster, ice machine, coffee station and blender. Linens, beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron are provided. Smartlock entry, self check-in/check-out, elevator access, high-speed Wi-Fi and free assigned parking are available.
Shared grounds include an ocean-edge saltwater pool, a courtyard freshwater pool, tropical gardens, shaded cabanas, oceanside grills and a man-made sandy lounging area.
