The entrance leads to two sitting rooms. The first has a large sofa, an original fireplace, a flat-screen TV with SKY and a DVD player. The more formal second sitting room has an ornamental fireplace, a TV entertainment unit and two sets of French doors opening onto the garden.
The open-plan kitchen has a large gas hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave, with a central sitting area and dining space in a conservatory overlooking the garden. Other equipment includes a fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and blender. The garden has two outdoor dining areas and a ping-pong table; a terrace, patio and outdoor fireplace are also available.
Three bedrooms are on the first floor. The principal bedroom has sash windows, a full-length mirror and built-in wardrobes. One of the other first-floor bedrooms has a study desk. The shared first-floor bathroom has a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is on the top floor, with a study area by the window and a wet room on that level.
Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, towels and bed linen. Entertainment includes television, children's books and toys, and board games or puzzles. Fans are available on request. Off-street parking is available.
