House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets, parties or additional guests. Children are welcome, but the home is not suitable for children under two. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrival outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation receives a full refund at least 30 days before check-in and a 50% refund less than 30 days before check-in.
Getting there
Bedrooms are on the first and top floors. The home is not suitable for children under two years old. A dog normally lives here but is absent during guest stays; despite cleaning, the home may not suit guests with allergies.
