The great room has high ceilings, large windows overlooking the pool and gardens, and disappearing glass doors connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The dining area seats eight. The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, small appliances, an island with bar seating and a concealed pop-up television. An outdoor kitchen has a built-in grill and countertop space.
The upstairs primary bedroom has a California king bed, an ensuite bathroom and lanai access. The upstairs queen bedroom has balcony access and ocean views. The upstairs office trundle room has twin sleeping arrangements. Downstairs, the king and California king bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, lanai access and garden views. All five bedrooms have central air conditioning. The upstairs guest bathroom is shared by the queen and trundle rooms. The downstairs king ensuite has a waterfall shower; the downstairs California king ensuite has a bathtub with a shower. A guest half bathroom is in the downstairs hallway.
The private yard and tropical gardens surround a private pool with lounge seating. A hot tub and outdoor shower are also available. Facilities include a full laundry room with washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, satellite or cable television, and a Sonos audio system.
