The house has a planted interior courtyard with seating corners and a 5 × 2 m chlorine pool, 1.20 m deep. It has direct neighbours and views of Puig de Sant Salvador.
Inside are a spacious living room with Smart TV, satellite channels and books, a separate dining room and an equipped independent kitchen. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The ground floor has a bathroom with a bathtub.
Stairs lead to the upper floors, which also contain two additional spacious rooms. The first floor has four air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and three with two single beds each. Its three shower bathrooms include two en suites and one independent bathroom. The second floor has an air-conditioned double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. A crib and high chair can be provided for babies.
Artà has supermarkets, banks, bars and other services, a Tuesday street market and a church with panoramic village views. The coast is about 15 minutes away by car, with beaches including Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla and Cala Torta; Cala Torta has one restaurant.
