The house has a lawned garden, sun loungers, parasols and several outdoor seating areas. A porch has a built-in barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 metres and reaches a depth of 1.70 metres.
Inside, the air-conditioned living room has a large sofa, Smart TV and an integrated dining area. The equipped ceramic-hob kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer.
There are three bedrooms: one with two single beds and two with one double bed each. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower bathroom and air conditioning. A second bathroom has a bathtub.
