Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house occupies three floors, with stairs to all bedrooms. There are direct neighbours. Canyamel beach is 9.9 km away; the coast is about 15 minutes away by car. The Artà bus stop is 0.7 km away, Manacor train station 22.6 km, Palma de Mallorca airport 71.5 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 36 km and Hospital de Manacor 20.4 km. Capdepera Golf is 4.5 km away.
