The interior has hardwood flooring, a bright entrance foyer, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and an eat-in kitchen with a butcher-block island, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a table seating eight. The kitchen and dining area connect to a den with French doors opening onto the backyard patio. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware.
The lower level has nine-foot ceilings, an entertainment area, a fitness area with an elliptical and stationary bike, and two bonus rooms. Upstairs sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed and two twin beds; the lower-level sleeping rooms have two twin beds and one double bed. Both master rooms have full ensuite bathrooms, and all six named sleeping rooms have air conditioning. An outdoor shower is also available.
The patio has a wraparound rattan couch, an umbrella, Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining seating. A gas grill is available. The private outdoor heated pool is surrounded by brick paving, a yard and poolside lounge chairs. Bed linens, bath towels, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and a private entrance are provided. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
