The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, and a renovated en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed, television and views across the private terrace towards the mountains. The terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs. A cot and high chair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and towels are available. Wi-Fi is free.
Shared outdoor facilities include a garden, parasols, sun loungers, a chlorine pool measuring 30 × 15 metres with depths of 0.5–1.9 metres, and a children's pool with a depth of 0.5 metres. The pool season is June 1–September 30, with opening hours of 09:00–15:00 and 17:00–21:00. Seasonal dates may change without notice under community regulations; updated information is available on arrival.
