The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. A furnished terrace has a sofa, armchairs and an outdoor dining table for four. It leads to a 40 m² solarium terrace with a sun lounger and views.
Inside, the living-dining room has a television, a sofa bed for two additional guests and a dining table seating four. Air conditioning serves the whole apartment. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.
The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. There is one bathroom with a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available, along with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels. Wi-Fi is free. Parking is available for one car, and pets are welcome.
The complex has a shared garden and a chlorine pool measuring 30 × 15 metres, with depths from 0.5 to 1.90 metres. The pool is closed from 1 October to 31 May; opening hours are 09:00–15:00 and 17:00–21:00. Seasonal opening and closing dates may change under community regulations without prior notice, with updated information available on arrival.
