The house

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, and a renovated en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed, television and views across the private terrace towards the mountains. The terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs. A cot and high chair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and towels are available. Wi-Fi is free.

Shared outdoor facilities include a garden, parasols, sun loungers, a chlorine pool measuring 30 × 15 metres with depths of 0.5–1.9 metres, and a children's pool with a depth of 0.5 metres. The pool season is June 1–September 30, with opening hours of 09:00–15:00 and 17:00–21:00. Seasonal dates may change without notice under community regulations; updated information is available on arrival.

Oliva Nova Beach is 0.8 km away and Oliva Nova golf course is 2.2 km away. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are available in the area. Parking is free, with space for one car; covered parking is also advertised. A EUR 200.00 damage deposit applies. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
