The villa has direct access from the garden. The living room includes a dining table, TV, sofa and sofa bed, with access to the garden. Its kitchenette has a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, moka coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom has a raised shower enclosure, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The garden is furnished with chairs and a small table and has an outdoor shower.
Air-conditioning splits serve the living room and bedroom, with inverter heating. Amenities include pocket Wi-Fi capped at 300 GB per month, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, mosquito screens, hairdryer, bed linen and towels.
