Registration and tourist-tax payment are mandatory before access instructions can be issued. Instructions for completing these steps through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival. Check-in is self-service, with remote assistance for self-check-in problems available until 23:30. Air-conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations: average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C in summer or above 19°C in winter. The published climate-zone C heating schedule allows nine hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. Under the non-refundable rate, cancellation, changes and no-shows receive no refund. Under the standard rate, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes and no-shows receive no refund.

Getting there

Stairs lead to the accommodation and between the living room and sleeping area; the shower enclosure is raised. Porto Giunco Beach is 12 minutes away by car, Capo Carbonara Beach is 15 minutes away by car and Simius Beach is seven minutes away by car. Free nearby parking is not guaranteed; paid blue-line parking is available. From Cagliari Elmas Airport, take the train to Cagliari, bus 103 to San Priamo SS 125 and bus 101 to Villasimius Via Cagliari Inc.cambedda, 950 metres from the property. The airport journey by car or taxi is approximately 67 km and one hour five minutes. From Cagliari Centrale, the same bus connections are available; the car or taxi journey is approximately 64 km and one hour ten minutes.
