The house

The villa has direct access from the garden. The living room includes a dining table, TV, sofa and sofa bed, with access to the garden. Its kitchenette has a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, moka coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom has a raised shower enclosure, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The garden is furnished with chairs and a small table and has an outdoor shower.

Air-conditioning splits serve the living room and bedroom, with inverter heating. Amenities include pocket Wi-Fi capped at 300 GB per month, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, mosquito screens, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is a private entrance, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector. Cots are available on request, and an airport shuttle can be booked through the management offices.

Porto Giunco Beach is 12 minutes away by car, Capo Carbonara Beach is 15 minutes away by car and Simius Beach is seven minutes away by car. Nearby free street parking is not guaranteed; paid blue-line parking is also available. Access to the accommodation and the transition from the living room to the sleeping area involve stairs.
