It has two double bedrooms: the first has a double bed, sofa and wardrobe; the second has a double bed, open wardrobe and TV. The living area contains a dining table, sofa and TV. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower enclosure, and the balcony has a table and two chairs.
The kitchenette includes gas hobs, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, conventional oven, toaster and electric kettle. Independent heating, fans, a washer-dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board are available. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes cost extra. There is no Wi-Fi.
One free uncovered parking space is available in the building's communal car park, which has a barrier. The apartment is outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car.
