The house

The apartment is on the third floor of a building without a lift and requires stair access. It has two double bedrooms: the first has a double bed, sofa and wardrobe; the second has a double bed, open wardrobe and TV. The living area contains a dining table, sofa and TV. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower enclosure, and the balcony has a table and two chairs.

The kitchenette includes gas hobs, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, conventional oven, toaster and electric kettle. Independent heating, fans, a washer-dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board are available. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes cost extra. There is no Wi-Fi.

One free uncovered parking space is available in the building's communal car park, which has a barrier. The apartment is outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Perugia Fontivegge station is 300 metres away, less than five minutes on foot, and the Minimetrò is 250 metres away, with a journey of about ten minutes to the historic centre. A supermarket, bar and pharmacy are within 400 metres. The AIRLK1 bus from Umbria–Perugia airport terminates at Fontivegge Fs, 300 metres from the apartment.
