Guest registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before receiving arrival instructions and accessing the apartment; registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Towels and bed linen are included, with optional changes at an additional charge. Heating use is subject to Italian regulations: the winter weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C; the published Perugia Zone E schedule permits 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. The published summer temperature limit is a minimum average indoor air temperature of 26°C. Cancellation depends on the selected rate: the non-refundable rate provides no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show; the standard rate allows free cancellation until seven days before check-in, with no refund after that deadline for cancellation, modification or no-show.
Getting there
Third-floor access requires stairs; there is no lift. The apartment is outside the restricted traffic zone and accessible by car, with one uncovered parking space. Perugia Fontivegge station is 300 metres away, less than five minutes on foot; the Minimetrò is 250 metres away and reaches the historic centre in about ten minutes. The AIRLK1 airport bus terminates at Fontivegge Fs, 300 metres away.
