The townhouse has an open-plan living space with natural light, a couch seating four, a dining area seating six and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, utensils and cutlery. The living room has a TV with Pay TV, cable TV, Foxtel and Netflix available.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with one queen bed, and two bathrooms. Bathroom facilities include a bathtub. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. There is an internal laundry with a washer and dryer, plus an iron. Ducted heating and cooling serve the property throughout, and Wi-Fi is provided.
A private courtyard surrounded by trees has a BBQ and outdoor dining. Two free underground parking spaces are available; one fits only a small car. Stairs are required both outside and inside.
