House rules

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Parties, antisocial behaviour and smoking are prohibited. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur a $200 additional cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification is required before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges; booking the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee additional access. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for personal belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned within Australia subject to postage and service fees. Long-term stays are allowed. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.

Getting there

Stairs are required outside and inside the property. One of the two underground parking spaces fits only a small car. Kingston Foreshore is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is 150 m away on Wentworth Av opposite Old Bus Depot Markets. Canberra Airport is 8 km away, approximately 15 minutes by car or 1 hour and 20 minutes by public transport.
