The house

The house has a lawned garden, sun loungers, parasols and several outdoor seating areas. A porch has a built-in barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 metres and reaches a depth of 1.70 metres.

Inside, the air-conditioned living room has a large sofa, Smart TV and an integrated dining area. The equipped ceramic-hob kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer.

There are three bedrooms: one with two single beds and two with one double bed each. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower bathroom and air conditioning. A second bathroom has a bathtub. All bedrooms open onto a furnished terrace with mountain views. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. A tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available.

Artà is 2.5 km away, and Platja Son Moll is 10.7 km away. Outdoor parking accommodates three cars.
