The first three bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms; bedrooms four and five share a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom, and the lower-level bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
Living spaces include a living room and den with fireplaces, a library containing a full bathroom, and a recreation room. The gourmet kitchen has a microwave, an island for dining and a separate formal dining room. Heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.
English gardens surround the home, and a rear porch overlooks the grounds and private pool. Outdoor facilities include a pool house with an outdoor shower, a patio and an outdoor grill. Village beaches and Southampton town center are each a 10-minute walk away. Stores, restaurants, movies and shopping are nearby.
