The house

English Gardens accommodates up to 10 guests in approximately 5,200 square feet, with six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Five bedrooms are on the second floor and one is on the lower level. The first three bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms; bedrooms four and five share a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom, and the lower-level bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

Living spaces include a living room and den with fireplaces, a library containing a full bathroom, and a recreation room. The gourmet kitchen has a microwave, an island for dining and a separate formal dining room. Heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

English gardens surround the home, and a rear porch overlooks the grounds and private pool. Outdoor facilities include a pool house with an outdoor shower, a patio and an outdoor grill. Village beaches and Southampton town center are each a 10-minute walk away. Stores, restaurants, movies and shopping are nearby.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking through the Elite program. Property showings to prospective renters or buyers may occur, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.
