House rules
The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is 10; no additional guests are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups or other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Pets may be allowed only with the owner's approval; inquire in advance. Approval may involve additional fees and/or a security deposit. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $90.00 per reservation night. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory and charged to the guest. For stays outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If a cancellation is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. Reopening the dates is the owner's decision. If the dates are not rebooked, the original guest may still use them if payments meet the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
Getting there
Village beaches and Southampton town center are each a 10-minute walk away. The property is not handicap accessible. Bedrooms are on the second floor and lower level.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at staymarquis.com.
