The home accommodates up to eight guests and has an open-concept living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, and a spacious dining area. Outside are a covered patio lounge, deck dining, an outdoor grill, a picnic table, and a firepit.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and TV; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has two double beds. Bedrooms include linens, towels, pillows, and comforters, with linens also available for additional sleeping arrangements. The home has one bathroom, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and oven/stove, air conditioning, heating, TV, an ironing board, a washer/dryer, and free Wi-Fi. A laptop-friendly workspace is available.
Towamensing Trails has a 190-acre lake, a beach, a shared outdoor pool and kiddie pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, a playground, and a recreation center with a pavilion, lounge and snack bar. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available. Fishing requires a Pennsylvania fishing license and is catch-and-release. Eight amenity badges are provided; children under five do not need a badge. Community facilities are managed separately, and schedules, rules and availability may change.
Big Boulder Ski Resort and Hawk Falls in Hickory Run State Park are 15 minutes away; Jack Frost Ski Resort, Jim Thorpe and Split Rock Resort are 20 minutes away.
