House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional cleaning fee of $200 per stay with pets. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return moved furniture to its original position, and take rubbish to the correct bins. Turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for belongings. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability confirmed from the night before and additional charges. Guaranteed early access requires booking the preceding night, if available; guaranteed late departure requires booking an additional night, if available. Long-term stays are allowed. Children aged 2–12 are welcome.
Getting there
Self check-in requires offsite Keynest key collection before accessing the apartment. Crown Melbourne is approximately a five-minute walk away; the National Gallery of Victoria is a short tram ride away. Melbourne Airport is approximately 25 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. Baggage cannot be received or stored unattended before check-in or after check-out.
