The 2,200-square-foot cottage sits on 0.81 acres at the end of a quiet street, beside a four-acre agricultural reserve. Vaulted ceilings, windows, skylights and light wood paneling frame the open-plan living areas. The living room has a sectional sofa, television and wood-burning fireplace, with a Sonos speaker system and piano also available. The island kitchen includes Viking stainless steel appliances, black marble countertops and a dining table with four chairs and a bench.
The wraparound deck has a gas grill, patio furniture and lounge chairs, overlooking a large lawn. Six adult bicycles, a beach umbrella and cooler are supplied. Indoor facilities include a ping-pong table, game room, stretching/yoga mat, laptop-friendly workspace, laundry and a full walkout basement. A heated artist studio with skylights sits above the two-car garage.
Two bedrooms are upstairs: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and television. The first-floor primary bedroom has a queen bed, full ensuite bathroom and deck access. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. There are three full bathrooms: an upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub, and two downstairs bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combination and one with a shower.
