Listing description
The condo accommodates six guests with three bedrooms, four beds and two bathrooms. The spacious living area has tree views, a gas fireplace, a large flatscreen cable TV, a Blu-ray DVD player and board games. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, an oven and a dishwasher.
The private back deck has a gas grill and Adirondack seating. Free Wi-Fi and beach towels for Lake Tahoe outings are provided. The community has a shared pool, hot tub and fitness center, but all three are currently unavailable due to ongoing construction.
Downtown Truckee’s conveniences are nearby. Donner Lake is a short bike ride away, and Truckee River is a few minutes away. Mountain trails lead directly from the community. Squaw Valley and Northstar California Resort are each 10 miles or less away. Four-wheel drive or traction equipment may be required in winter.
