Renovated in 2020, this home accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms, five beds and two bathrooms. The interior includes a fully equipped cook’s kitchen and a laundry room. A spacious deck has lake and mountain views and space for morning coffee and evening barbecues.
Guests have access to two private sandy Rubicon (RTO) beaches and the HOA dock and pier. Two stand-up paddle boards are included. Beach activities include volleyball and catching crawdads from the pier. Buoys in the HOA buoy field may be available to rent during summer.
National forest land above the home offers hiking trails right outside the door. Homewood is a 10-minute drive away, and Squaw Valley is a 30-minute drive away. The home is plowed as needed for year-round access. Well-behaved dogs are welcome; the yard is not fenced.
