House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval; approved pet stays incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory ID verification is required after booking; check-in details are released only after successful verification. At checkout, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for belongings. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned within Australia subject to postage and service fees.
Getting there
Underground parking is limited to one medium vehicle. The nearest bus stop is 300 m away on Sheridan St at McKenzie Street. Cairns International Airport is 4 km away, approximately five minutes by car. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout.
