The home has bright, open living spaces, multiple lounge areas and a finished lower-level recreation room. Sliding glass doors connect the living areas to the rear deck and pool. A multi-zone Sonos system serves indoor and outdoor spaces.
Two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed; the main-floor bedroom has a queen bed and deck access, and the lower-level bedroom has a king bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has streaming TV and Bedroom 4 has a TV. An upstairs open loft has three additional beds and a desk area. There is one full bathroom on each of the upper, main and lower levels; the upper and lower bathrooms have shower/tub combinations, while the main-floor bathroom has a shower.
Outdoor facilities include extensive uncovered decking, four lounge chairs, patio furniture with an umbrella, a gas grill, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and a wood-burning fire pit. Two adult bicycles and beach toys are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer are provided.
East Hampton village and local beaches are minutes away. Nearby beaches include Maidstone Park, Haven’s and Wiborg Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
