The 540-square-foot home has an open-plan layout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with large windows, a fireplace and television. Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, bathtub and hairdryer.
Outdoor spaces include a private balcony, terrace, garden, barbecue grill and firepit, with places to sit and eat outdoors. The community has a marina, pickleball courts and small fishing ponds within a few minutes of the home. Some amenities require guests to bring their own gear or supplies.
The Lazy River and pool are closed for maintenance until late 2026. All pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. Lake Travis water levels vary with weather and drought and may differ from photographs.
