Casa Olivewood has a king bed, a queen pull-out sofa and a gas fireplace in an open, light-filled layout. The bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double sinks, with a washer and dryer also available. A small kitchenette provides the basics for cooking.
The private deck has a barbecue grill, outdoor shower and seating. Other facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, a hairdryer, a garden and a fire pit. The surrounding community offers pickleball, fishing from the dock and short walks near the water; bring personal activity equipment.
The shared Lazy River and pool are closed for maintenance until late 2026. All pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by FCM Homes. Seasonal drought may lower lake levels compared with photographs.
