House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on lake water levels.
Getting there
The stairs to the loft are steep; supervise children at all times. Some amenities require your own gear or supplies. Lake Travis water levels can change with weather and drought and may be lower than photographs show. Food and beverage areas and The Lodge are currently closed.
