Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Use energy responsibly: the included allowance is stated as 18 kW per night, with additional consumption charged at 0.40€/KW. Mandatory final cleaning costs 112€ per stay. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
