The 118 m² house is arranged over three floors on a fenced plot with neighbouring properties. Outdoors there is an above-ground pool measuring 3 × 1.7 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m, sun loungers, a terrace, and a porch with dining space for six and a barbecue.
The ground-floor living-dining room opens from the terrace and has two sofas, satellite TV, a dining table for six and air conditioning. The separate equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob and microwave. There is also a ground-floor toilet.
Two bedrooms each have a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning; one has an en-suite shower bathroom. A separate shower bathroom serves the rest of that floor. The third bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, two sofas, TV and air conditioning, with access to a terrace of approximately 12 m². A washing machine, iron, ironing board, cot and highchair are available. Free Wi-Fi is available.
