The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house is arranged over three floors, with stairs to bedrooms. Port d'Alcúdia Beach is 0.85 km away; Alcúdia town is 5 km away. The ferry port is 0.6 km away, the Ctra. Artà bus stop is 1.3 km away, Sa Pobla train station is 15.8 km away, and Son Sant Joan Airport is 62.9 km away. There is no private beach access. The plot has adjacent neighbours.
