House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21. Maximum occupancy is 10, including infants and babies. Up to two dogs are allowed with approval and a required fee per pet; undisclosed pets may incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning fee plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The beach is three to four blocks away, a short walk from the house on 11th Street. The property is within the golf cart zone. Driveway capacity is up to four vehicles depending on size. Construction and community projects may be audible or visible during a stay. Mosquitoes and other pests can be plentiful at some times of year; professional pest treatment takes place every four to eight weeks.
