The apartment has a bright living-dining room with a sofa, television and DVD player, plus a cooking area with a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A high chair, towels, hair dryer, washing machine and iron are provided. The bedroom has two single beds and a fan, and its en-suite bathroom has a shower and bidet. Two radiators are available for colder days.
The residential complex has a shared chlorine pool measuring 15 × 9 m, with depths of 1.5–2 m, outdoor showers and a separate children's pool 0.6 m deep. The pools normally open from June to September, with daily hours of 10:00–15:00 and 17:00–21:00. Seasonal opening and closing dates depend on community regulations and may change without notice; updated information is available on arrival. A tennis court is open year-round; bring your own racquets and balls.
Playa de Gandía beach is 0.05 km away. Nort de Gandia has a promenade with restaurants and cafés, and sun loungers and parasols are available to rent. Nearby coastal attractions include l'Ahuir beach and the Gandia dunes, and Venecia beach behind the port.
