The 69 m² apartment has a small sea-view terrace and a sitting-dining room with a sofa and television. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher-free crockery provision, coffee machine, toaster, blender and citrus juicer.
There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower. A cot and high chair can be supplied for a baby. Three fans, an electric radiator, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels and kitchen towels are provided. Wi-Fi is free.
The apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift. Playa Xeraco beach is 0.52 km away; a supermarket is 0.35 km away and the Playa de Xeraco bus stop is 0.6 km away. Xeraco centre has bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Church of Encarnación, Chapel of Cristo de la Agonía and Guaita watchtower by the Vaca River are local places to visit.
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations, events, smoking and pets are not permitted.
