The house

The apartment has a bright living-dining room with a sofa, television and DVD player, plus a cooking area with a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A high chair, towels, hair dryer, washing machine and iron are provided. The bedroom has two single beds and a fan, and its en-suite bathroom has a shower and bidet. Two radiators are available for colder days.

The residential complex has a shared chlorine pool measuring 15 × 9 m, with depths of 1.5–2 m, outdoor showers and a separate children's pool 0.6 m deep. The pools normally open from June to September, with daily hours of 10:00–15:00 and 17:00–21:00. Seasonal opening and closing dates depend on community regulations and may change without notice; updated information is available on arrival. A tennis court is open year-round; bring your own racquets and balls.

Playa de Gandía beach is 0.05 km away. Nort de Gandia has a promenade with restaurants and cafés, and sun loungers and parasols are available to rent. Nearby coastal attractions include l'Ahuir beach and the Gandia dunes, and Venecia beach behind the port. Gandia's historic sights include the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria, town hall, Ducal Palace, Convent of Santa Clara and Archaeological Museum; Bayren Castle is another excursion option.
