Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21. Maximum occupancy is 29, including infants and babies. Up to two dogs are allowed for a pet fee with approval; undisclosed, unapproved pets may incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify the operator about registered service animals or emotional support animals. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning-related fee plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Respect neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings longer than 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The beach is three blocks away, an eight-minute walk. The homes are in the golf cart zone; golf cart rentals are subject to availability and early requests are recommended. Each home has parking for two vehicles. Nearby construction and community improvement projects may be visible or audible during a stay.
