The house has an open-plan living and dining layout, four advertised bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is on the lower level with a king bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, streaming TV and walk-in closet. Two second-floor bedrooms contain a king bed and two twin beds respectively. The main-floor guest sleeping area has one twin bed and open-area privacy. One bathroom has a shower and tub; the other has a shower.
Outdoor facilities include a private dock, kayaks, a large uncovered deck with dining and seating areas, a gas barbecue and a wood-burning fire pit. Two adult bicycles and one child's bicycle, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys and a cooler are available. Outdoor games include bocce, cornhole and croquet.
The home has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, parking and a garage. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Indoor entertainment includes televisions, a portable radio, Bluetooth speaker, puzzles, games and books.
