North Fork Estate accommodates up to 14 guests across six bedrooms in the main house. The ground-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a standard closet and a full ensuite with a shower and tub. Four upstairs bedrooms each have a king bed, air conditioning and a full ensuite with a shower. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 5 have streaming TVs; bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have walk-in closets. Bedroom 6 is upstairs and has two bunk beds, air conditioning, a TV and a standard closet.
Indoor facilities include a movie theater, gym, kitchen with microwave, Wi-Fi, heating, a fireplace, washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The estimated floor area is 12,000 square feet.
Outdoor facilities include an attached hot tub, covered patio lounge, multiple seating areas, lounge chairs, a dining table for 10, an outdoor grill, a pickleball court, soccer goal and fire pit with Adirondack chairs and built-in bench seating.
