Level 2 has an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower and deck access, another king bedroom, a bedroom with a twin-over-double duo bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk set, and a full bathroom. The east and southside deck has a hot tub.
Level 3 contains the great room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, screened porch and open sun decks facing the ocean and sound. The kitchen has two refrigerators, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware.
Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, a washer and dryer, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs.
