The home accommodates up to 16 guests in six bedrooms. Its third-floor great room has ocean views, a surround-sound home theater system and an electric fireplace. An elevated ship’s watch lounge has a sectional sofa. The equipped kitchen has two dishwashers, cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, microwave and toaster. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area or screened porch.
Two third-floor ensuite bedrooms include one king bedroom with ocean-facing deck access and a standing shower, and one bedroom with two queen beds and a shower/tub combination. Three second-floor queen ensuite bedrooms include two ocean-facing rooms with covered-deck access and standing showers; the other has a shower/tub combination. A further second-floor bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk sets and a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination that also opens to the common area. The second floor also has a private den, laundry and covered decks.
Outdoor facilities include a gated private outdoor pool, hot tub, furnished decks, screened porch, outdoor shower, charcoal and gas grills, and five beach chairs. A private walkway with steps leads to the beach through a dune deck with a wet bar, beverage refrigerator, foot wash and seating. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite television and a private well. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway.
The electric fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31. The published 2026 pool season is April 25–October 9. Refaced kitchen cabinets and drawers were planned for the 2026 season; pool fencing, pool decking and the dune walkway were updated for 2025.
