The three-story home has an open-concept kitchen and great room, multiple bar and BBQ areas, gathering spaces on two levels, and wraparound lanais with panoramic ocean views. The grounds include a private waterfall, koi ponds and a rooftop helicopter pad.
Six bedrooms include five suites with en suite bathrooms and an upper-level bunk room. Upper-level primary suites have private balconies, soaking Jacuzzi tubs and smart televisions. Two lower-level suites open directly onto the wraparound lanai and pool deck. Ceiling fans and ocean cross breezes supplement air conditioning; the home does not have central air conditioning.
Recreation includes a private 25-meter pool with a two-story waterslide, springboard and platform high dives, a hot tub, sauna, private nine-tee golf course, and tennis, pickleball and basketball court with stadium seating. A ground/pool-level fitness center has Peloton bikes, cardio equipment and free weights. Indoors, there is a home theater, smart televisions, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system.
The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine fridge, rice cooker, food processor and utensils. A washer, dryer, linens, hair dryer, iron, safe, extra pillows and blankets are provided. Outdoor facilities include a garden, seating, shower, beach towels and beach-equipment rentals for an additional charge. There is a private entrance and an elevator in the building.
Onsite concierge services can arrange tours and off-property adventures. A private chef and other premium services are available for additional fees. Total stay fees include cleaning before arrival and after departure with associated taxes, concierge service, processing and administrative fees with associated taxes, and trust and safety insurance covering up to $10,000 in damages. Mid-stay cleaning and additional accommodations, if applicable, are not included.
