House rules
Standard occupancy is 16 guests; maximum occupancy is 18, with extra guest fees for guests 17–18. Each guest must sign a release and waiver. Small events and gatherings require prior approval and are considered case by case. Undisclosed events exceeding maximum occupancy are prohibited. Private chef and other premium services incur additional fees. Mid-stay cleaning and additional accommodations, if applicable, are not included.
Getting there
The estate is set on oceanfront cliffs. A car is necessary. Hilo Airport is 30 minutes away; Kona Airport is a two-hour drive away.
