The home has bright, open living spaces, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas, a living room with a fireplace, and a formal dining room seating up to ten. Two fully equipped kitchens have stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, coffee makers, wine refrigerators and large islands with seating. The estimated floor area is 5,000 square feet.
Outside are an expansive deck, patio, grill, heated in-ground pool, cabana and fire pit. Heating, fitness equipment, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are available. All six bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedrooms 1 and 5 have streaming TVs.
The second floor has a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, a twin bedroom and a queen bedroom. The main floor has a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The lower level has a king bedroom and a bedroom with a sofa bed. Other bedrooms have standard closets.
Family equipment includes two high chairs, a jumper, a pack & play, safety gates and toys for children from newborn to five years old. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
